With over 15 years of recruitment expertise across the EMEA region, Niven delivers permanent hiring solutions that blend deep market insight with a consultative, results-driven approach. Today, she helps clients navigate dynamic markets with hiring strategies that protect employer brand, enhance candidate experience, and secure the right talent first time. Known for balancing process rigour with a human touch, Niven works as a trusted partner at every stage of the recruitment journey.

Muj Ali.

Since joining Alliance Personnel in 2007, Muj has built a career on connecting with people, solving hiring challenges, and creating lasting client partnerships. Starting out on a busy Industrial desk, he rose to Industrial Manager before expanding into Permanent recruitment, placing specialist and leadership talent across the UK.

Today, he partners with businesses nationwide to deliver hard-to-find talent for niche and senior roles, often through referrals alone, a testament to the trust and results he delivers. A standout success came in 2022, when he filled a Managing Director role for a long-standing client in just one month, succeeding where others had struggled.

When he’s not recruiting, Muj can be found tending to his plants or playing electric guitar, with dreams of one day swapping the office for a rock ‘n’ roll stage.
