We’re representing a well-established national education franchise brand that’s looking for an Area Manager to support and develop their network of study centres in the Nottingham area. This is a strategic role focused on coaching, guiding, and enabling franchisees to achieve retention and growth targets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a coach, mentor, and trusted advisor to franchise owners
  • Driving enrolment and retention strategies to ensure centre success
  • Advising on marketing and local promotional activity
  • Monitoring compliance with core practice and franchise agreements
  • Networking to attract and recruit future franchise candidates
  • Setting clear goals and interpreting data to support decision-making

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong business, sales, and marketing acumen
  • Proven leadership and people management experience
  • Adaptable communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Confidence in data interpretation and performance tracking
  • Goal-orientated mindset with the conviction to lead by example

The essentials:

  • Degree-level education OR substantial business experience with a proven track record
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
