We’re representing a well-established national education franchise brand that’s looking for an Area Manager to support and develop their network of study centres in the Nottingham area. This is a strategic role focused on coaching, guiding, and enabling franchisees to achieve retention and growth targets.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a coach, mentor, and trusted advisor to franchise owners
- Driving enrolment and retention strategies to ensure centre success
- Advising on marketing and local promotional activity
- Monitoring compliance with core practice and franchise agreements
- Networking to attract and recruit future franchise candidates
- Setting clear goals and interpreting data to support decision-making
What we’re looking for:
- Strong business, sales, and marketing acumen
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Adaptable communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Confidence in data interpretation and performance tracking
- Goal-orientated mindset with the conviction to lead by example
The essentials:
- Degree-level education OR substantial business experience with a proven track record
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
