Welcome to the team Kerry

We’re delighted to welcome Kerry who has recently joined us as Business Development Manager working out of our Birmingham office.

Kerry brings a wealth of experience in all areas of recruitment, but what sealed the deal for Kerry was the opportunity to concentrate on the part of business she loves the most…developing new business and cultivating relationships. Kerry’s professional and friendly approach to recruitment compliments that of our own and she is the perfect fit for our close-knit team.

Kerry started her career as a payroll assistant in 1996. But her hunger and desire for a recruitment sales role soon resulted in Kerry joining the trainee sales programme, she’s never looked back having worked for several agencies in senior consultancy roles. Our senior management team are no strangers to Kerry, in particular Arron Kidson who Kerry worked alongside some 20 years ago.

Recruitment is all about teamwork and Kerry is a team player through and through. Not only has Kerry enjoyed success with recruitment teams she has also tasted success with another kind of team – Walsall Ladies Football Club.  Kerry played for Walsall for 10 years before moving into coaching. Away from recruitment and football there’s a team of 4 children and a husband to manage.

Kerry commented;” I am very excited to have joined the team at Alliance and meet up again with some old friends. No sooner had I joined we were put on lockdown, but in the time I was at the office the whole team made me feel very welcome and I am relishing the chance to help grow the business. I believe this new role will be the jewel in my career to date.”

Alliance director Steven Massey commented; “Sometimes there are opportunities that are too good to turn down and when the prospect of Kerry joining us arose we had no hesitation in securing her services. We want to grow our agency and I am certain that Kerry is going to help us achieve this goal. We’ll do all in our power to support her along the way.”
