We sat down with Kamil Szlagowski, our 2025 award winner, to reflect on the journey so far, what drives his success, and how he maintains balance both in and out of work.
Celebrating a Decade of Dedication
Reaching a 10-year anniversary is an achievement in itself — being named Employee of the Year at the same time makes it even more special. How does it feel to be Employee of the Year on your 10th anniversary with Alliance Personnel?
“First and foremost, I can hardly believe that 10 years have passed already; time has truly flown. Being named Employee of the Year for 2025 is incredibly rewarding. I have worked very hard throughout the year, and I sincerely appreciate this recognition of my commitment.”
Staying Motivated and Driving Success
What is one factor that helped you remain motivated and excel in business this year?.
“I am naturally self-motivated and ambitious, and I take great satisfaction in securing new clients and growing the business. This provides ongoing motivation and a strong sense of achievement. Additionally, I appreciate the rewards structure as recognition of performance.”
Switching Off and Recharging
Maintaining balance is key to long-term performance, and knowing how to switch off is just as important as working hard. What do you do to ‘switch off’ and reset after a day at work?
“I have a strong interest in fitness and regularly attend the gym, which allows me to remain active and unwind after work. This helps me to reset and maintain balance. I also enjoy travelling in my personal time.”

“I feel highly valued and appreciated at Alliance Personnel. Since commencing my employment 10 years ago, I have consistently been able to rely on the directors’ support. They provide guidance, encouragement, and mentorship. I could not have asked for better leadership, and I am very grateful for the recognition and ongoing support.”
