We’re looking for a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to join our team! If you’re someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys keeping things running smoothly, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating service schedules and installations for customers, ensuring timely delivery and seamless communication.
  • Organising internal and external engineers’ jobs and supporting the team to deliver high-quality service.
  • Managing incoming calls and responding to client and distributor inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Performing administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate service records.
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure every customer receives exceptional service and support.

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a Service Coordinator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette with a customer-first attitude.
  • Confident with data entry and computerised systems – Sage experience is ideal.
  • Experience working with teams of engineers and coordinating technical jobs.
  • A positive, proactive approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
